Pop Duncan, a former heavyweight boxer, runs a training camp for fighters in the California desert. He's helped by his 16 year-old daughter, "Hank." Hank was brought up around fighters and Pop taught her to box quite early... now she's an expert boxer!

The highlight of the camp each week is the night Hank takes on one of Pop's students. Pop warns him not to go easy on her just because she's a girl... or she'll beat him. Badly!
